Edward Barrow — CEO
Ed is a co-founder of Idio, and is the strategist of Idio’s platform and suite of technologies. He has been building CRM technology for a decade, and was one of the first innovators in social media data mining. He regularly speaks at industry events, and graduated from Warwick University.

Andrew Davies — President and CMO
Andrew is a co-founder of Idio, and leads the go-to-market strategy. He regularly speaks at industry events and writes for the trade press, about topics such as marketing automation and social media analytics. He previously worked for Deloitte Consulting, serving major technology and media clients, and is also a Warwick University alumnus.

David Barrow — Chairman
David has deep business experience in the customer experience, real-time decisioning, and business intelligence sectors. He was the Founder & CEO at KiQ, which transformed the intelligent CRM and CEM market, and when it was acquired by Chordiant, David took up the role of VP Vision, Solutions & Architecture. David has now retired from this role, and occasionally consults for industry leading companies to assist business intelligence and customer experience strategy formulation. He is named on 4 patents that cover predictive decisioning in a CEM context.
