Curation

The first phase in the Idio solution is content Curation. The initial step is to aggregate all streams of relevant content in the ecosystem, which usually includes content from the brand Web Content Management system, marketing Content Management System, and also external news sites, relevant bloggers, and customer content on social media platforms.

EXPLORE – Market & Individual Insight

The first output of this content aggregation is actionable insight on a market and individual person level. Our Explore Dashboard monitors content from a white-list of related feeds, and individual prospects or customers, and analyses this  to expose trends and communication opportunities. This informs marketing, customer service, and relationship-building activity.

CURATE – Enterprise Content Curation

The second output of this stage is the tools to republish the more relevant content automatically, or with manual intervention. Idio’s system sources, analyses, moderates and filters content for the purposes of reducing the manual effort needed in researching, writing, editing, and publishing a high volume of content. As part of the filtering process, you can select which content goes to which delivery channel, and other settings.

Personalization

The second phase in the Idio solution is Personalization. This is based on Idio’s content analytics technology, which understands the meaning of every piece of content, and of the customer’s context from their recent activity, to deliver the right piece of content to the right person, at the right time and on the right channel.

ENGAGE – Cross-channel Real-time Personalization

Idio uses automated algorithmic personalization, meaning that unlike most other vendors, you do not need to set up extensive rules to achieve a personalized customer experience. Idio analyses a person’s behaviour across multiple channels in real-time to ensure that whenever a communication is initiated, the latest available data is used to make that decision. In addition, Idio operates across multiple channels, meaning that instead of just being able to publishing to every channel, Idio can select the best channel for any particular communication.

NURTURE – Intelligent Triggered Communication

Based on user interactions, such as reading a certain topic, or responding in a certain way, additional communication can be triggered across any channel. A basic example of this is an email or tweet to notify the recipient that a topic they are following has been mentioned, and a more complex example is an offer or communication that is triggered by a set of monitored behaviours that imply that the person has moved to a new stage of their relationship with the brand. Idio aggregates interaction data from each channel and presents a single person view that is continuously updated. As well as personal contact information, this shows the preferences and behaviours of each person as they are collected and analysed from web, mobile, email, and social channels. This can be displayed and queried on aggregate, enabling detailed segmentation and reporting.

CONVERT – User Journey Analysis

Every user journey carries potential commercial value, and Idio measures this value and predicts the next step towards which the user should be guided.
